Employees were kind and very obliging!
We were in a standard king room with free toiletries supplied, 2 single beds, for instance.

Well, it was a really good stay in February. The employees were extremely helpful and very attentive all the time. The position of the hotel was excellent and lovely, in the bay Marie. The roof top bar was a delightful surprise.

Perfect and incredibly comfortable location short walk to the main square and Jewish Quarter and the center close to the Kazimierz district and the old town, could not be better. Savoury and delicious breakfast selection with gluten free options, goodies plus views on wawelem hill, reasonably priced.

We would happily go back again, as the hotel met all requests. Rooms are tastefully decorated and luxurious with full view and a balcony and coffee, food is good. It has both affable and very attentive staff. Also, the location is perfectly comfortable, minutes from a fortified hilltop castle. The property is at 0.5 miles distance from the airport...

Brilliant and fairly clean place, exceptional view to the castle and beyond. Awesome location to the main market square, and 5 minute walk from a fortified hilltop castle. And not far from the city center, Auschwitz whose gathering point was very close and the castle, cathedral and river.
-
Rob
The room was beautifully maintained with exceptional views, coffee, facilities to make tea, and tea/coffee. The selection of outstanding toast, cereals, and eggs was a bonus.
Some of the staff were not so friendly.

Had luxurious standard room with a balcony, free toiletries, as example. The location was perfect and incredibly comfortable for Krakow, very close to the bars, right beside the castle and many attractions and terrific restaurants. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.
